Effective Restoration: How We Eliminated Mold and Improved Ventilation in a Pacific Palisades Apartment

At an apartment complex in Pacific Palisades, CA, a tenant began noticing black stains on the walls of his bathroom. Over time, these stains grew larger and spread to other areas of the bathroom, including the ceiling and around the edges of the shower. The tenant also noticed a persistent musty odor and started experiencing allergy-like symptoms, such as sneezing and coughing. Concerned for his and his family's health, he decided to contact us.
